Hanoi Completes 97.55% of Pensioner Authorization for Pension Payments
Hanoi's Social Insurance Agency has completed supplementary authorization procedures for pension payments, ensuring no disruption to benefits. As of 8 AM on July 21, 90,105 out of 92,364 eligible cases, or 97.55%, had their authorization finalized, part of a coordinated high-intensity effort mandated by the City People's Committee.
