Collapsed Building Owner, Contractor Fined Over P11 Million
The owner and contractor of a building that collapsed in Angeles, Pampanga, have been ordered to pay over P11 million in fines for labor and occupational safety violations. The incident resulted in 30 deaths and numerous injuries.
