Angeles Building Collapse: Owner, Contractor Face P11M Fines for Labor Violations

The Philippine Department of Labor and Employment has ordered the owner and contractor of a collapsed nine-story building in Angeles City, Pampanga, to pay over P11.4 million in fines and administrative liabilities for labor standards and safety violations that led to the deaths of 30 workers.
