Russian Siblings Missing Near Pattaya; CCTV Shows Suspect Motorcycle

PATTAYA, Thailand – Police are actively investigating the disappearance of two Russian siblings, Diana Nazimova, 22, and Roman Nazimov, 17, who have been missing for three days from their home in the Huai Yai area of East Pattaya. The siblings reportedly left their residence in Moo 7, Huai Yai, at approximately 4 a.m. on July 26, riding a motorcycle and heading to a nearby convenience store. They failed to return, prompting their mother to file a missing person report with the Huai Yai Police Station. Crucially, CCTV footage reviewed by investigators reportedly shows another motorcycle trailing the siblings' bike shortly after they departed their home. This visual evidence has raised concerns about potential foul play. The search entered its third day on July 28, with police questioning their mother, Sarina, 40, for further details. Sarina, who has resided in Thailand since 2018 and brought her children to live with her in 2021, stated that her children do not speak Thai and primarily communicate in Russian and English. She expressed deep worry, hoping for their safe return. The situation escalated when Diana sent a final, urgent message indicating she felt they were being followed. She also reportedly received a mobile notification about a nearby unknown Bluetooth tracker being detected. Following this, both siblings' phones were switched off, rendering them unreachable.
