Two Russian siblings, a 22-year-old sister and her 17-year-old brother, have been missing for three days after leaving their home in the Pattaya area. The sister reportedly sent an 'URGENT' message stating she felt followed, and also received a warning about a suspicious Bluetooth tracker. Police are investigating.
PATTAYA, Thailand – Police are actively searching for two Russian siblings, Diana Nazimova, 22, and Roman Nazimov, 17, who have been missing for three days after leaving their home in the Huai Yai area of Pattaya. Their mother, Sarina, 40, reported them missing to the Huai Yai Police Station after they left their residence in Moo 7, Huai Yai, around 4 a.m. on July 26, reportedly to visit a nearby convenience store, and failed to return. CCTV footage from the area reportedly shows another motorcycle following the siblings' bike shortly after they departed. The search entered its third day on July 28, with investigators questioning their mother. Sarina, who has resided in Thailand since 2018 and brought her children to live with her in 2021, stated that her children primarily communicate in Russian and English, not Thai. The situation took a more alarming turn when Diana sent a final message marked "URGENT," expressing a feeling of being followed. She also reportedly received a smartphone notification warning of an unknown Bluetooth tracker detected nearby. Following this message, both siblings' mobile phones were switched off, and they have been unreachable since. Authorities are exploring all possible leads and urge anyone with information regarding the missing siblings or their whereabouts to contact the Huai Yai Police Station at 038-110-333, which is handling the investigation.
