This is due to the influence of Tropical Depression 'Dolphin' (T2613), which has intensified and is affecting the southwest monsoon. While Cambodia is not directly in the storm's path, its weather patterns will be impacted. Regional Forecasts: * Lowland Areas: Minimum temperature 25°C, maximum 36°C. Moderate southwesterly and northwesterly winds. Approximately 40% of areas including Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Pursat, Kampong Chhnang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Tboung Khmum, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Takeo, Kandal, and Phnom Penh are expected to experience rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds. * Highland Areas: Minimum temperature 24°C, maximum 35°C. Moderate southwesterly and westerly winds. Approximately 50% of areas including Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, the Dangrek Mountains, and the Cardamom Mountains are expected to experience rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds. * Coastal Areas: Minimum temperature 25°C, maximum 35°C. Light southwesterly and southeasterly winds. Approximately 70% of areas including Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Kep, and the Bokor mountain range are expected to experience rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds. Sea waves are expected to range from 0.50 to 1.75 meters. The meteorological situation is influenced by changes in monsoon winds affecting the Andaman Sea, Bay of Bengal, South China Sea, Mekong River Basin, and the Gulf of Cambodia. The forecast indicates that 40% to 70% of the country could be affected by these weather conditions.
