13 Villages in Oriental Mindoro Submerged by Monsoon Rains
Thirteen villages across five municipalities in Oriental Mindoro were reported flooded on Saturday afternoon due to persistent rains from the southwest monsoon (habagat). The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) provided an update as of 4 p.m.
