Teenager Dies in Flash Flood in Northern Vietnam
A tragic incident occurred in Lai Chau province, northern Vietnam, where a teenager died in a flash flood caused by heavy rains. The boy was swept away while attempting to cross a flooded spillway on a motorbike at night. His body was later recovered after a search operation.
