PNP: Nueva Ecija cop held over alleged statutory rape
The Philippine National Police (PNP) has taken into restrictive custody a patrolman from the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office over alleged statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl. The victim's guardian claims the officer deceived the minor.
