Cebu Police Officers Accused in Multi-Million Peso Car Scams
Several police officers from Cebu have been accused of involvement in car scams, leading to administrative cases filed against them with the National Police Commission (Napolcom). Complainants allege being promised special discounts for vehicles that were never delivered, with documentation also withheld.
