Vietnamese President To Lam to Visit Russia, France - Seeking to Deepen Ties

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, To Lam, along with his spouse and a high-level delegation, will pay a state visit to the Russian Federation at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
