PV GAS Partners for Energy and Digital Infrastructure Development in Ha Tinh

On July 28, in Ha Tinh province, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PV GAS), a key subsidiary of Petrovietnam, signed a series of strategic cooperation agreements with domestic and international partners. These agreements lay the foundation for the implementation of a project to establish an industrial-energy center in the Vung Ang Economic Zone, focusing on the integration of energy and digital infrastructure. PV GAS is at the forefront of realizing Resolution 57-NQ/TW on the development of science, technology, and innovation. The company has already entered into its first long-term LNG purchase contract for the 2027-2031 period and has imported nearly 120,000 tons of LNG and LPG into Vietnam. Furthermore, PV GAS is deepening strategic cooperation with leading energy enterprises in Southeast Asia. PV GAS set a revenue record equivalent to approximately 1.1% of the country's GDP last year and is poised to enter a new growth cycle. The infrastructure development in Ha Tinh province is part of the company''s growth strategy, aimed at strengthening Vietnam's energy security and supporting its transition to a digital economy.
