Man Arrested for Stealing P28,836 Worth of Diesel in Quezon City
A man was arrested in Quezon City, Philippines, for allegedly stealing approximately P28,836 worth of diesel from a vehicle parked at a fuel station. The suspect has a prior arrest for theft.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on Sunday in Quezon City for allegedly stealing diesel from a vehicle parked at a fuel station. Police reported yesterday that the suspect was caught siphoning fuel along Dahlia Avenue in Barangay Greater Fairview. Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director Brig. Gen. Christopher Olazo stated that QCPD officers apprehended the suspect following a complaint from the vehicle's driver. Eighteen liters of fuel, stored in two containers, were recovered from the suspect. Police also noted that the suspect had previously been arrested in November 2024 for illegal gambling.
