Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central) holds its 2026-AGM Annual General Meeting

The 2026-AGM Annual General Meeting of the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central) was held at the Sky Star Hotel in Yangon at 10 AM today. Attendees included U Zaw Moe Htike, District Administrator from the General Administration Department of the Thanlyin District, Yangon Region; U Khin Maung Than, Chairman of the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central), and its executive members; chairmen from regions, states, and districts; association members; and invited guests. First, U Zaw Moe Htike, District Administrator from the General Administration Department of the Thanlyin District, Yangon Region, delivered the opening remarks, followed by remarks from U Khin Maung Than, Chairman of the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central). Subsequently, Daw Moe Moe Htun, Chairperson of the MRESA 2026-AGM Organizing Committee, provided an explanation regarding the holding of the 2026-AGM meeting, after which the attendees took a group commemorative photo. Following this, the Annual General Meeting continued, with Mr. Som Sak, President of the Thai Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association, delivering congratulatory remarks. A report on the association's development and success initiatives during the 2023-2026 term was then presented by U Kyaw Tint, Central Vice Chairman (3). It was further revealed that the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association, under the leadership of Central Chairman U Khin Maung Than, had signed Memorandums of Understanding in June 2025 at NIHON UNIVERSITY in Tokyo, Japan, with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) of the United States, JARECO (Japan-American Real Estate Coalition Organization) of Japan, and the Long Island Board of Realtors. The association is actively working to enhance the professionalism and systematic service operations of its members through legal training, exchange of service-related technologies, and experiences for those in the real estate service business. It is known that the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central) includes the Nay Pyi Taw Council, 15 regions and states, 20 districts, and 42 townships within the Yangon Region.
