To reach a professional level in real estate services, it is necessary to be proficient in carrying out real estate sales, purchases, rentals, and investments on the ground, and also to study real estate laws extensively, said U Khin Maung Than, Chairman of the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central). Furthermore, it is necessary for real estate service providers to take responsibility for providing the public with accurate prices, accurate data, and accurate location information, and to be able to successfully complete sales and purchases, he said. The Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central) has organized branches in 15 regions and states, including Nay Pyi Taw, and has over 17,000 members. It is known that the association also offers basic real estate training and leadership and management training to its members. The Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central) is participating as a member of ASEAN, and it is also known that it has signed Memoranda of Understanding with real estate associations in the United States and Japan.
