World Vision International Cambodia has officially launched the 'Levela' learning program, designed to enhance financial literacy within communities. The program is accessible via smartphones and websites, as announced by World Vision on July 23, 2026. The 'Levela' program is a free educational initiative that breaks down complex financial topics such as financial planning, saving, debt management, insurance, and fraud prevention into short, easy-to-understand lessons. While primarily developed for young people starting their careers and students facing life pressures, the digital system also features offline functionality, addressing the need for accessibility without constant internet connection. This inclusive design aims to ensure that low-income communities and workers, both in the formal and informal sectors, in remote areas are not left behind, thereby strengthening the inclusive economic safety net for families nationwide.
