French Development Agency to Fund Wastewater Treatment Plant in Phnom Penh
The French Development Agency (AFD) will provide a loan to the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, for the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant in the northern part of the city. AFD has supported Phnom Penh for over 30 years with infrastructure development and innovation.
