THE Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has rolled out artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) improve business planning, regulatory compliance, pricing and digital marketing while expanding digital transformation efforts in Naga City. “Harnessing AI will give Filipino entrepreneurs, especially small business owners, a competitive advantage,” ICT Undersecretary Faye M. Condez-De Sagon said in a statement on Monday. The agency said the MSME Digital Assistant, developed with the Land Bank of the Philippines, also offers content creation and social media marketing features.
