GSIS Funeral Benefit for Public Servants, Pensioners Increased to P50,000
The Philippine Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) will raise the funeral benefit for public servants and pensioners from P30,000 to P50,000. An annual budget of P1.25 billion has been allocated to support up to 25,000 families yearly, enhancing support during times of loss for its members.
