Healthway Opens Largest Multi-Specialty Clinic in Makati
AC Health's Healthway Medical Network has launched its largest flagship multi-specialty clinic in Makati, aiming to open two more facilities this year and expand its network to 20 clinics by 2027.
MANILA, Philippines — AC Health’s Healthway Medical Network (HMN) has opened its flagship multi-specialty center in Makati, Healthway One Ayala, which is one of its largest outpatient facilities with approximately 1,300 square meters of floor space. This marks HMN's 18th multi-specialty center. The facility boasts 14 consultation rooms, an ambulatory surgery center for outpatient procedures, an endoscopy unit, a 12-chair dialysis center, and a specialized women’s center with mammography. "This flagship clinic reflects our commitment to better care and patient experience. By establishing comprehensive multi-specialty centers in key transit hubs, we ensure that patients do not have to compromise between their busy schedules and their health," said AC Health chief health officer Beverly Ho. Healthway Multi-Specialty Centers CEO Edwin Magsino stated that the company invested between P60 million and P70 million for the flagship center. Healthway One Ayala has over 100 on-site physicians, providing direct access to a medical team backed by AC Health’s network of 2,800 physicians nationwide. It also offers referral pathways to specialized services, including the Healthway Cancer Care Hospital. Magsino added that two more multi-specialty clinics are slated for opening this year, one in Batangas and another in Bonifacio Global City. "We are actively scaling our footprint to bring high-quality primary and specialized care closer to more communities, driven by our goal to reach 20 multi-specialty clinics by 2027," he said. The clinic also features a co-location with St. Joseph Drug powered by SUGI, another AC Health brand, offering a dedicated lane for Healthway patients to easily claim and fulfill prescriptions, aiming for a more seamless and patient-centered experience within AC Health's integrated healthcare ecosystem. Founded in 1998, Healthway has evolved into a comprehensive nationwide healthcare leader. AC Health, the healthcare arm of the Ayala Group, has transformed Healthway into an expansive network comprising seven hospitals, 18 multi-specialty centers, and over 350 corporate clinics.
