Philippines to Implement 250,000 MT Fish Import Quota in Q4

The Philippines' Department of Agriculture will enforce a 250,000-metric ton (MT) fish import quota in the fourth quarter to protect local fisheries. Originally set for August, the implementation was delayed due to El Niño extending the fishing season, now expected in October or November.
