The hospital is equipped with specialized doctors and modern medical equipment for treating diseases. It receives between 2,000 to 2,500 patients daily, totaling approximately 1.2 million patients annually. In addition to treating patients, the large and modern Central Military Hospital 108 also participates in training medical personnel. Hospital 108 also has plans to cooperate with hospitals in Cambodia. Samdech President of the National Assembly expressed her admiration and high appreciation for the hospital's progress and its noble mission in providing professional, technically advanced, and humanitarian healthcare services to leaders and citizens, saving the lives of all types of patients. Samdech President of the National Assembly emphasized that the visit of the high-level National Assembly delegation to Vietnam on this occasion is in implementation of the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries as a political strategy, aiming for all institutions, ministries, and national and sub-national units of both countries to strengthen cooperation to produce concrete and effective results that serve the interests of the citizens of both countries. The healthcare sector plays a significant role in connecting people to people. On this occasion, Samdech President of the National Assembly also thanked the Party, State, and especially the Vietnamese army for sacrificing their lives to liberate the Cambodian people from the death trap of the Pol Pot genocidal regime on January 7, 1979. Cambodia has also actively participated in the campaign to find the remains of Vietnamese fallen soldiers in Cambodia.
