Cambodia Champions Public Service Innovation at ASEAN Meetings

On August 4, 2026, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Service, H.E. Hun Many, presided over the opening ceremony of the Forum on Good Governance within the framework of the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation Meeting on Public Service (ACCSM) and the 8th ASEAN+3 Cooperation Meeting on Public Service (ACCSM+3). The forum was held under the theme 'Innovation for Better Public Service Delivery.' Participants included heads of delegations from ACCSM and ACCSM+3, the ASEAN Secretariat, senior officials from both ACCSM and ACCSM+3, focal points, leaders from national and sub-national ministries and institutions, and numerous journalists. The forum aims to promote efficiency, transparency, and innovation in the public service sector among ASEAN member states and partner countries (ASEAN+3). It serves as a strategic mechanism to deliver public services that are closer to and more responsive to the needs of the people. Following the opening ceremony, three presentations were scheduled, featuring senior officials and experts from 13 ASEAN and ASEAN+3 member countries. Source: CPP Cambodia
