Phnom Penh Cracks Down on Online Scam Hubs, 705 Foreigners Found Residing Illegally
Phnom Penh authorities conducted a crackdown on suspected online scam locations on May 30. A total of 81 sites, including condominiums, apartments, and hotels, were inspected, revealing 705 foreign residents. Twenty-four individuals found to be in violation of immigration laws were handed over to the authorities.
