Tropical Storm Josie has weakened into a tropical depression and is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) without affecting the country on Tuesday afternoon, July 14, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). Meanwhile, a new low pressure area has formed outside PAR.
