Chin Lay military outpost in Hpaungtaw Township attacked with rockets, 2 soldiers killed and one bar tent burned down

Yangon, July 14 An attack was carried out on the Chin Lay military outpost in Hpaungtaw Township, Bago Region, with rockets, killing two soldiers and burning down one bar tent located inside the outpost, according to Ye Baw Zaw Ni Thway, the military officer of the Pyu District People's Defence Force (PDF), who spoke to Yangon Khit Thit News Agency. This attack was carried out by the Pyu District PDF Special Attack Force under the command of Division 21, the Hpaungtaw Township PDF unit, and the Pyu District Regiment 1 Regimental Office unit, jointly firing four rockets at the Chin Lay outpost around 4 AM this morning, July 14. It is reported that as a result of this attack, no less than two soldiers were killed and many were injured, and one bar tent inside the outpost was also burned down. "We entered and attacked this military dog's outpost from between four guard posts. No less than two military dogs were killed, and one bar tent was burned down. Our comrades were able to retreat without any injuries," said Ye Baw Zaw Ni Thway, the military officer of the Pyu District PDF. After the attack occurred, the terrorist military retaliated using heavy weapons, small arms, and drones, but the revolutionary allied forces were able to retreat safely without any injuries, it is reported.
