Within the framework of cooperation with Cambodia, the President considers Cambodia a good friend, a close friend, and a friend who has consistently supported the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, both within the ASEAN framework and globally, especially during Cambodia's ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022. Samdech Thipadei and President Min Aung Hlaing also discussed and exchanged views aimed at promoting and strengthening bilateral cooperation in several priority areas, including economy, trade and investment, tourism, security and national defense, education and human resource development, religious affairs, and combating technological fraud.
