Provinces like Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, the Dangrek mountain range, and the Cardamom Mountains region can expect rain with thunder and lightning, and gusty winds, covering 70% of the area. In coastal areas, the average minimum temperature will be 25°C and the average maximum temperature will be 35°C. Winds from the southwest and southeast will blow at an average speed of 2 meters per second. Provinces such as Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Kep, and the Bokor mountain area can expect rain with thunder and lightning, and gusty winds, covering 60% of the area.
